  7. I've been a fan of movie scores since I was probably 14 years-old, and Jerry Goldsmith certainly comes off as one of the most prolific composers in that genre of music. Personally, Miklos Rozsa is my favorite, and there is a list of other masters of that era, including Max Steiner, Franz Waxman, Elmer Bernstein, Victor Young, that deserve attention as well.
