I’d always had a lot of ideas, always heard a lot of things in my head and that got to be quite good. I thought it would be nice to do a whole album of songs that I’d written. They immediately got to work on their first, self-titled album, a remarkably fast ’n’ furious explosion of fuzz and proto-metal highlighted by a berserk, hell-for-leather cover of Parchment Farm .
