Basically Eraserhead finds a kitten that turns out to be a child (y/n, that’s you bestie) and adopts her. And then just so happens to adopt two dumpster gremlins while he’s at it.

Erasure is his quirk. He received the name in a passing comment from Present Mic as Aizawa couldn't settle on a hero name. I don't think Horikoshi has stated his inspiration for the name. Well there’s a reason in universe for Aizawa’s Hero name, but it might be a reference to David Lynch’s film. I don’t know for sure.
