مخطوطة ليستر (بالإنجليزية: Codex Leicester)، (المعروفة أيضا بمخطوطة هامر Codex Hammer) عبارة عن مجموعة من الكتابات العلمية لليوناردو دا فينشي. أخذت اسمها من أول كونت لمدينة ليستر الإنجليزية، توماس كوك، الذي اشتراها سنة 1717.
1717年にイギリスのレスター伯爵トーマス・コーク（Thomas Coke, Earl of Leicester）が購入し、それにちなんで、レスター手稿（Leicester codex）の名で呼ばれていた。 1980年に、アメリカ人の石油王アーマンド・ハマーがオークションで落札し、ハマー手稿と改名。
Le Codex Leicester est une collection d'écrits essentiellement scientifiques de Léonard de Vinci. Il tient son nom du premier comte de Leicester, Thomas Coke, qui l'acheta en 1717. Il se présente sous la forme de 18 feuilles doubles, soit 72 pages.
