On 1982-10-08 he recorded a demo at Utopia Studios in London, England, UK. The demo was quite the same as the finished LP version. Montserrat recording. Sting already recorded this song with Last Exit.Their recording features a verse that's not on The Police's version, and is also not featured on Sting's demo which he recorded in Dublin in the summer of 1980 (which is closer in style to The Police's version).. Just like Demolition Man this song was not used for Zenyatta Mondatta, as it was considered too sentimental.
