A firefight at a crowded border crossing is absolutely going to be chaotic, full of vehicles and on a small bridge/chokepoint since, well, that’s just what a border crossing is! Just like how fighting in a warehouse (see Atlas Superstore from mw19) is going to be full of long aisles and wide shelves allowing people to get up on ‘em.
