Gru may have better moves but I believe Megamind has a better presentation. Megamind has a lot of really powerful weapons that are all incredibly lethal, it's just that Metroman and the evil nerd guy are both OP as fuck. His tech just seems better as well. He goes toe to toe with actual supers and does pretty well.
