Ferdinand Porsche (født 3. september 1875 i Mattersdorf i Böhmen i Østerrike-Ungarn, død 30. januar 1951 i Zell am See i Østerrike) var en tysk bilkonstruktør, og en av de store pionérene i bilindustrien. Han var aktiv som bilkonstruktør i mer enn femti år.

1923 wechselt Ferdinand Porsche als Technikvorstand zu Daimler nach Stuttgart, wo er für die Entwicklung der berühmten S-, SS- und SSK-Modelle verantwortlich zeichnet und Lkw, Flugmotoren usw. entwickelt. Nach Ablauf seines Vertrages kehrt er nach Österreich zurück, wo er zunächst als Generaldirektor bei Steyr arbeitet.
