July 8 – August 9, 2024. 5 Weeks – 25 Hours of Class Per Week. This five-week intensive held in Los Angeles at the Art of Acting Studio is designed to help the actor address, de-mystify, and master the challenges they face in audition, on set, and on location, in all film and digital media.
Director of Conservatory Programs. Luis-Daniel Morales is an actor, director, and a native New Yorker. Luis has been affiliated with the Stella Adler Studio of Acting since 1997. He began his training at the LaGuardia High School (The “Fame” School) then continued at NYU Tisch/Stella Adler Studio where he received his BFA in Theatre.
As an actress, director, and teacher, Stella Adler transformed a generation of American actors. After achieving stardom in films and on stage, Adler traveled to Paris to rethink the possibilities of Method acting with Stanislavsky. She transmitted the new acting techniques to her students and energized a generation of younger actors who shared her passion for the theater.
The Stella Adler Studio of Acting New York and Art of Acting Studio Los Angeles will be returning to London from March 22-23, 2024 to hold in-person auditions for their world-class actor training programs. We are hoping to connect with the most gifted, ambitious young actors in the UK/Europe who have an appetite for rigorous training and an interest in studying acting in New York or Los Angeles.

These clips offer a glimpse into over 1,000 audio and video recordings of the legendary acting teacher, created between 1958 and 1990, that are preserved in her archive at the Center.
