Lake Placid #3 does a pretty good job of taking the series in a different direction & Colin Ferguson is very good as a "new" type of "hero". Nice to see a tough as nails female villan (Yancy Butler). This Lake Placid deviates from the original & second movie plots but is still a good entry in the series & is a top-notch "Creature Feature" for SyFy fans.
