At the Watchtower, Wonder Woman locks her teammates into capsules to be launched into space. But Batman shows up and tries to talk her out of it. She refuses and a fight ensues, in which Wonder Woman subsequently subdues Batman. Wonder Woman then launches the JLA into space. Superman returns from the sun, oblivious to what has occurred.
