The song was issued on the very successful High on the Hog album released in 1973. This was one of those great party songs that never actually became a popular party song. But for a time, it did get some significant airplay.

By 1977, Mangrum was the only original member remaining in the band, which had not only left a legacy of high-energy Arkansas rock but had also raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for state benefits, including Arkansas Children’s Hospital .
