Voivod est un groupe canadien de thrash metal, originaire de Jonquière, Saguenay, au Québec. Formé en 1982 , le groupe comprend Denis « Piggy » D'Amour (guitare), Jean-Yves « Blacky » Thériault (basse), Denis « Snake » Bélanger (voix), et Michel « Away » Langevin (batterie).

26 de jul. de 2023 · Voivod is a progressive thrash metal band from Jonquiere, Quebec, Canada, with a very distinct sound. Formed by Denis "Piggy" D'Amour, Michel "Away" Langevin and Jean-Yves "Blacky" Theriault in 1982, the fledging group soon found the perfect singer in Denis "Snake" Belanger.
“Morgöth Tales” is Voivod’s 16th full length album, recorded in 2023 at Studio RadicArt. It has been released worldwide on multiple formats via Century Media Records on July 21st, 2023.
