Marianne Evelyn Gabriel Faithfull (født 29. december 1946) er en engelsk sangerinde og skuespiller, hvis karriere har strakt sig over mere end fire årtier.Faithfulls første arbejde med pop og rock blev enten overskygget af hendes kamp mod stofferne i 1970'erne eller af hendes personlige historie.
