Moving to Level 2. Schools at Level 2 of the Growth Control Model are nearing capacity. This school will be at Level 2 with closed boundaries for the 2024–25 school year.. 26 de ene. de 2024 · The school was named after Ross Sheppard, who was the Superintendent of Edmonton Public Schools from 1940 to 1955. Sheppard was inducted into the Edmonton and Alberta Sports Hall of Fame in 1961. During the Sheppard years, the number of permanent schools increased from 30 to 63, student enrolment increased by almost 1,000 students per year, and permanent staff doubled.
