Yet Honeybus never had the commercial success of many other artists of time, and only once in their history did they connect with the public for a major hit with 1968's "I Can't Let Maggie Go". However, this song was so popular that it earnt the band a cover photo on the popular music magazine Disc and Music Echo, where they posed somewhat appropriately on a Red London Bus.

Biografía. Es extraño que con el talento compositivo y el elevado sentido melódico de Pete Dello y Ray Cane, el grupo 60’s Honeybus no consiguiera un masivo éxito en su momento con sus pegadizos temas, arreglos barrocos y gratas armonías vocales que nos recuerdan a los Beatles de mediados de la misma década. Fue uno de los mejores grupos pop británicos de la época.
