David Jon Gilmour (født 1946) er en britisk gitarist, vokalist og låtskriver særlig kjent fra Pink Floyd hvor han bidro med en vesentlig del av bandets repertoar. Gilmour har en karriere som solomusiker. Han ble utnevnt til kommandør av Order of the British Empire i 2003 og ble i 2011 rangert som nummer 14 på «Rolling Stones liste over 100 største gitarister gjennom tidene».
