Annie performed at sold out club venues in the United States in 2005, and returned to the US later that year. In 2005, Annie released a DJ mix album as part of !K7's DJ-Kicks series. Around this time, she began a record label called Totally, with Timo Kaukolampi, and planned to release a 12-inch single with Datarock.

DJ-Kicks: Annie is a DJ mix album, mixed by Norwegian recording artist Annie. It was released on 17 October 2005 on the Studio !K7 independent record label as part of the DJ-Kicks series. The previously unreleased track "Wedding" was offered as a free download prior to the album's release.
Annie follows the release of her highly acclaimed debut album Anniemal earlier this year with the release of her own instalment of the highly acclaimed DJ Kicks series on !K7 Records. The DJ Kicks album will feature a newly recorded unreleased track entitled 'The Wedding' and new track 'Gimme Your Money' with plenty of more surprises. 2005.
