Harold Budd (født 24. mai 1936 i Los Angeles i USA, ... Albumet Perhaps var til minne om kollegaen James Tenney. I 2012 ble Budd hedret på festivalen Other Minds i San Francisco. I 2014 samarbeidet han med Robin Guthrie med lydsporet til filmen White Bird in a Blizzard.

9 de dic. de 2020 · Harold Budd is one of perhaps just three musicians who I listen to while writing. He was my regular companion while drafting essays on pedagogy, tradition, and classic literature. Budd was born in Los Angeles, raised in the Mojave Desert, and began his career as an avant-garde musician, but quickly tired of it.
