Inspector Hornleigh on Holiday (1939) is more fun then the first movie in the Inspector Hornleigh (1939) trilogy.Alastair Sim comes off better in the dimwit assistant role and Gordon Harker even more so as the sort-of smart one of the Scotland Yard pair. Lots of laughs as they stumble across a murder during their dull holiday. Definitely an enjoyable British murder comedy!
