About Dr. Guseman. Dr. Karla Guseman was named Joliet Township High School’s by the Board of Education in February of 2020. Dr. Guseman is JTHS’ second female Superintendent in District history. Born and raised in Joliet, Dr. Guseman began her career in education at Joliet Township High School in 2000 as a science teacher at Joliet Central.
