Divide batter evenly between pans. Bake for 23-26 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Preheat oven to 200°C / 392℉ (180°C / 356℉ fan setting). Whip egg, sugar and vanilla sugar until it forms a fluffy “egg nog”. Sift flour, baking powder and potato starch into the egg mixture. Gently fold the ingredients with a spatula. Add lemon juice and fold gently.
