18 de jul. de 2022 · Tony Reeves has made the decision to step down as Chief Executive of Liverpool City Council with immediate effect. Tony has had a long career in public service and in the private sector. Tony has spent four years as Chief Executive, during which time he has overseen a period of significant transition for the organisation, including providing leadership to the city through the COVID-19 pandemic.
16 de abr. de 2024 · Tony Reeves’s appointment as the new Chief Executive of Wakefield Council has been formally confirmed at Full Council today (16 April 2024). He will take up the post with immediate effect and the roles of Returning Officer, Electoral Registration Officer and Combined Authority Local Returning Officer from 6 May 2024.

But he owned his own special niche in the realm, as a member of Colosseum, Greenslade, and Curved Air during the 1970s, and ended up becoming that field's answer to John Entwistle with his extremely prominent and complex bass sound.
