This movie is bullshit. Complete. Fucking. Bullshit. The definition of "dishonest storytelling." To get it out of the way, the setup for The Perfect Getaway concerns a honeymooning couple backpacking in Hawaii. In the middle of their hike through the mountains, they learn about a recent double-murder that happened on the islands...committed by a man and a woman who are apparently still on the run.
