But I soon realised that the movie is clearly just a promo ad for Richard Sandrak aka Little Hercules, the child or boy bodybuilder known as The World's Strongest Boy but even at that, it fails, showing us none of what this implies. As a low-budget, plot-feeble comedy, it excels, especially with Hera, the Babylonian god, the flow.
