Thomas Eugene ”Tommy” Stinson (s.6. lokakuuta 1966 Minneapolis, Minnesota, Yhdysvallat) on yhdysvaltalainen basisti, joka tuli tunnetuksi 1980-luvun vaihtoehtorock-yhtyeen The Replacementsin basistina.
