9 de oct. de 2015 · Hallucinogen tells a reverse chronological narrative of a relationship's dead-end. Kelela starts the EP with void bitterness of laid-back disappointment towards her ex-lover. In the pre-chorus, she sings, "And I never satisfied/You are not the one," hinting the fall-out of the relationship, as the airy low-pitched vocaloid seconds her message.
