A working musician from an early age John Verity joined his first professional band in the early 1960’s, titled “Richard Kent Style” morphing into “Tunnel” John had the amazing opportunity to open for legendary artists including, Jimi Hendrix, Mountain, Canned Heat, Savoy Brown and Janis Joplin.
The rest of the album features: Steve Rodford or Liam James Gray on drums. Bob Skeat, Roger Inniss, John Gordon or Jamie Mallender on bass. Jamie Pipe, Bob Fridzema, or Ian Gibbons on keyboards. Bianca Kinane or Jayne Tretton on background vocals. The CD is recorded, mixed and mastered entirely at 101 Recorders, Cardington UK.
JOHN VERITY is best known as a member of the band Argent of which he was a member during the 70’s. When the band dissolved, he formed a new band, Phoenix which released three well received albums.
