11 de may. de 2016 · Using recent and archival footage, all the members of the band are heard from, including lead singer John Felice (who I saw at the Rat in his post-RK group, the Primevals), Alan “Alpo” Paulino (d. 2006), and Billy Borgioli (d. 2015; I had the opportunity to hang out with him a couple of times, thanks to my friendship with his long-time girlfriend Nancy Neon, also not interviewed probably ...
Posteriormente, "Alpo" Paulino y Billy Borgioli abandonaron el grupo para unirse a Primitive Souls. En 1988, Felice formó una nueva banda, John Felice and The Lowdowns, con la que grabó el disco Nothing Pretty. The Real Kids han vuelto a juntarse en varias ocasiones posteriormente. Tocaron de forma regular en 1998-1999.

En fait un album solo de John Felice épaulé par la guitare de Billy Borgioli. Un lp qui reçut de bien mauvaises critiques!
29 de jun. de 2016 · Un tiempo después, John Felice se reúne con el guitarrista Billy Borgioli, el bajista Allen Paulino y el baterista Howie Ferguson. Juntos formarán The Real Kids . Los siguientes años los pasarán sobre los escenarios dando forma a un enérgico repertorio deudor del sonido de pioneros como Eddie Cochran o Buddy Holly, al que añaden una pulsión y urgencia rabiosamente contemporánea.
