Gail Ann Dorsey (* 20. listopadu 1962 Filadelfie, Pensylvánie USA) je americká baskytaristka a zpěvačka.. Od roku 1995 spolupracovala s Davidem Bowiem a podílela se na jeho albech Earthling (1997), Reality (2003) a The Next Day (2013). Mimo něj spolupracovala s mnoha dalšími hudebníky, jako jsou Tears for Fears, Gwen Stefani, Lenny Kravitz, Bryan Ferry, Indigo Girls nebo Seal.

Bowie composed the tracks with Reeves Gabrels and Mark Plati, who are credited as co-producers, with Mike Garson, Gail Ann Dorsey and Zack Alford providing overdubs later. Developing musical styles previously explored on Outside, Earthling showcases an electronica-influenced sound partly inspired by the industrial and drum and bass culture of the 1990s, further exhibiting jungle and techno styles.
Gail Ann Dorsey is best known for her contribution to the David Bowie band. After the Outside Tour she provided vocals and bass for Earthling (1997), Heathen(2002), Reality (2003) and Bowie’s most recent release The Next Day (2013).
