Max Reinhardt (født 9. september 1873 i Baden bei Wien, død 30. oktober 1943 i New York; egentlig Maximilian Goldmann) var en tysk-østerriksk regissør og teatermann. Han var en dominerende kraft i det tyske teaterliv fra ca. 1900 til 1933, og ledet blant annet Deutsches Theater Berlin , som han reorganiserte sammen med Maximilian Harden , og Theater in der Josephstadt i Wien.

After attending secondary school and civic school, the school leaver known as the “quiet, very shy boy” first completed a bank apprenticeship, but at the same time took acting lessons with the Burgtheater statist Rudolf Perak .
