  4. Tommy Bolin was born 1 Aug, 1951 in Sioux City, Iowa & began playing in bands around the city as a youth (including A Patch of Blue) before moving to Boulder, Colorado in his late teens. He played with American Standard before joining Zephyr featuring Tommy (gtr), David Givens (bass), Candy Givens (vocals), John Faris (keyboards/flute) & Robbie Chamberlin (drums) replaced by Bobby Berge .

[2] Dedicated to Tommy Bolin, it records the last Japanese concert of the Mark IV-lineup that included Bolin. It was recorded on 15 December 1975 at the Tokyo Budokan and achieved gold certification in Japan.
