After he left the Soft Boys, Robyn Hitchcock made many fine solo albums. "I Often Dream Of Trains" gets most of the rave reviews, but for my money this was his finest studio album, boasting some of his very best songs. I love the description that one reviewer gave this one: "Pure Pop for Abnormal People". That nails it!
