18 de abr. de 2016 · In Phase II studies, lenalidomide combined with R-CHOP (R 2-CHOP) improved outcomes relative to historical R-CHOP in newly diagnosed DLBCL, particularly in non-GCB cases. ROBUST (CC-5013-DLC-002) is a randomized, double-blind, global, Phase III study of oral lenalidomide (15 mg, days 1–14) plus R-CHOP21 × 6 versus placebo-R-CHOP21 × 6 in patients with previously untreated ABC-type DLBCL.

Although the safety profile and efficacy of RW-CHOP was comparable with R-CHOP and its tolerability was acceptable, weekly rituximab in combination with CHOP during the early treatment period did not improve PFS in untreated patients with DLBCL.
6 de jun. de 2020 · Fatal AEs occurred in 43 (6.1%) patients in the G-CHOP arm and 31 (4.4%) patients in the R-CHOP arm, with infections being the most common; in particular, five patients (0.7%) in each arm had a fatal case of pneumonia, and six patients (0.9%) in the G-CHOP arm versus no patients in the R-CHOP arm had a fatal case of septic shock (Table (Table3 3 and Supplementary Table 1).
