I can't believe that the full 600MB of files on that bootable DVD have been installed. At the end process so far, I have my virtual machine showing in Hyper-V as Windows XP (Gen 1) with its state Off.

I have been running Hyper-V on my Surface Pro, but can find no easy way to exit Full Screen mode with using a proper keyboard. The control sequence to exit Full Screen mode is CTRL + ALT + PAUSE (Changes the Virtual Machine Connection window to / from full screen mode.) I can find no equivalent to the Pause key on a Type Cover.
