They are 2 ways to access the void. Entering a portal block (null block, which is placed using a void air bottle) but ostensible only in the void. Jumping into the void in the overworld or the end (Because nobody goes behind nether's bedrock :o) To get out, you can use a null block, or jump behind bedrock into the void.
