It also stars Margit Carstensen. It Is Fine is the second in a planned trilogy of films directed by Glover, with the other two entries being What Is It? and It Is Mine.
An autobiographical, psycho-sexual, fantastical retelling of Steven C. Stewart's point-of-view of life.
Overview. Paul, a man suffering from cerebral palsy, lives an unfulfilled life in a nursing home. Sitting in his wheelchair, he fantasizes about a life in which people understand him, women find him irresistible, and he is be a force to be reckoned with. He places this imagined self in four different sexual fantasies, each with a different woman.
EVERYTHING IS FINE. is an exercise in counterculture and taboo, and not only by what is on-screen, but by the fact it's written by, and stars, Steven C. Stewart, a lifelong sufferer of cerebral palsy.
