While the facility is designed with top-notch modern cooking equipment, the star of the show, Chef Paul, is rather demeaning and disrespectful in his treatment towards his sous-chefs and helpers.
Love of family and love of food. Wanting to give the best taste of food available, wanting it to be enjoyed and savored. Her mentor Chef Paul, has a different hunger. He desires recognition and fame.
