The background is blue (like the sky) and the main feature of the cover is a large pink kite, shaped like a pig. You can see guide wires and such attached to it. At the top of the cover are the words "Pink Floyd" and at the bottom, in the right corner, are the words "Pink Is The Pig". And they're not lying!

The inside of the cover was equally evocative of a dark vision, with 11 monochrome photos laid out for maximum impact. The pig from the album cover appeared in three of the photos.
