At the same time, pop the baked beans into a saucepan or into the microwave. As the eggs begin to cook, put the toast down. Remove the plates while the bacon, eggs and toast finish and lay them out.

Ceratopogonidae, or biting midges, are a family of small flies (1–4 mm long) in the order Diptera. They are called midgies in Scotland, are also known as no-see-ums, sand flies, punkies, and others in North America, and sandflies in Australia. (The name 'sandfly' is ambiguous, as it is also applied informally to many other flies, such as the subfamily Phlebotominae.)
Biting Midges. The biting midge is the smallest blood-sucking insect on the earth and is about .04 inches (1 millimeter) long. It has two wings and does not have any scales on its wings or body. Like mosquitoes, biting midges have veins on their wings; however, the vein pattern is different. And like mosquitoes, only the females bite.
