25 de nov. de 2021 · I figured out that the problem is caused because I'm dual booting Linux. Linux sets the Clock on the Motherboard differently. Windows and Linux maybe handle daylight-saving time differently, causing the 1 hour offset. The difference is that Linux automatically checks if the time is correct and updates it. While in windows I have to do it manually.
