15 de jul. de 2021 · 10 Batman #1 Set A New Tone For Batman's Path As A Hero. When Tom King started on Batman, he had big shows to fill from Scott Snyder and artist Greg Capullo. Issue #1 did not disappoint but it set a new bar for how fans looked at Batman and his motivations as a hero. In the issue, readers got to see Batman attempt to stop a plane from crashing.
Tom King shows us that Mister Miracle is a human being first and foremost. Which is what makes Mr. Miracle by Tom King so subversive. Mr Milagro y Big Barda. Si alguna pega puedo ponerle en esta reseña al Mr Milagro de Tom King y Mitch Gerads, es la misma que le habría puesto a la serie de Jack Kirby: la serie tendría que haberse titulado Mr Milagro y Big Barda. Esta pareja es de la más longevas y estables del mundo del cómic: llevan felizmente casados desde 1974.
And as for whether N'vir's disappearance will cause Scott and Barda to return in Prime Earth, that remains to be seen I guess. I also wonder whether this erasure from the mainline continuity is a reference to Tom King's run, in which Scott somehow "escaped" from the endless continuity of DC comics to live a quiet life with his family.
