His "accomplishments" included driving Tom Baker off the series, miscasting the boring Peter Davison, brash Colin Baker, and safe Sylvester McCoy as doctors, creating terrible companions (Adric, Nyssa, Mel), and some of the worst wardrobe choices to ever grace society.
