Alec Empire, de son vrai nom Alexander Wilke-Steinhof, né le 2 mai 1972 à Charlottenburg, Berlin-Ouest, est un musicien de musique électronique allemand. Il est notamment connu comme l'un des membres fondateurs du groupe Atari Teenage Riot, mais aussi pour sa carrière solo en tant qu'artiste, remixer et disc jockey.
