I Quiet Riot si riunirono quasi un anno dopo con Randy Rhoads, nel mese di maggio del 1980, esibendosi per tre date al The Starwood con i Dokken, ma dopo queste, la band si sciolse definitivamente. Dopo ciò, Randy Rhoads entrerà ufficialmente nella band di Ozzy ed esordirà nel primo concerto il 12 settembre 1980 tenuto all' Apollo Theatre di Glasgow , Scozia .
