30 de may. de 2018 · 1995. June of 44. Often referred to as the punk rock pirates of the math rock world, June of 44 were a collective from 1994-2000. Truly a who's who of the indie world, the band consisted of members and ex members of Rodan, Rex, Crownhate Ruin, Codeine, Sonora, and Hoover, all of whom were living in different cities at the time.

Su Anahata (Touch & Go, 1999) il canto (chiunque canti) non e` piu` canto, ma soltanto suono, tanto "sgradevole" quanto quello degli altri strumenti (piu` recitato che cantato).

7 de may. de 2021 · June of 44 is an American rock band from Louisville, Kentucky which was formed in 1994 from ex-members of Rodan, Lungfish, Codeine and Hoover (Sean Meadows had yet to participate in the Lungfish music band by 1994; his first album with them was actually in 1996). Clearly influenced by Slint, the band's music is often described as post-rock.

Sound weaponry at its most potent, delivered with a subversive heart and an unfaltering gaze, with Mueller’s pervasive, abstract lyricism, Meadows’ fire-ball riffs, Erskin’s thumping bass lines and Sharin’s fizz-bang cannon ball shots from behind the kit.
