A Handful of Heroes (German: Eine Handvoll Helden) is a 1967 West German-Italian historical war film directed by Fritz Umgelter and starring Horst Frank, Valeria Ciangottini and Karl-Heinz Fiege []. [1]It is a remake of the 1930 film The Last Company about a detachment of Prussian soldiers who defend a vital outpost against Napoleon's armies around the time of the Battle of Jena (1806).
Valeria Ciangottini (born 6 August 1945) is an Italian film, television and stage actress. Born in Rome, at fourteen years old Ciangottini was chosen by Federico Fellini, after he noticed her at the exit of the school, for the role of Paola in La Dolce Vita.
No obstante, su verdadera relación con Dalida es muy discutida. Según algunas fuentes italianas [1] esta relación no fue nada más que una relación de trabajo y su verdadero amor fue Valeria Ciangottini. En 1967 se presentó al Festival de San Remo con la canción Ciao amore ciao, pero la canción no fue admitida por la comisión del festival.
