Sean Pertwee (født 4. juni 1964 i London, England) er en britisk skuespiller. Han er sønnen av Jon Pertwee, som er mest kjent for ha spilt den tredje Doktoren i Doctor Who. Han har også en søster, som heter Dariel Pertwee. Han hadde en rolle i TV-serien Cadfael.
