After finishing school, he went to St Xavier’s College but was expelled for short attendance. In his college days, he acted in plays and participated in competitions.

The actor took to social media on Friday to celebrate his ‘40 years of being an actor and an entertainer’. Anil posted pictures and clips from Woh Saat Din, which also starred Padmini Kolhapure and Naseeruddin Shah.
