Paul Dooley Brown (born February 22, 1928) is an American movie, television, voice actor, writer, and comedian. He is perhaps best known for his voice role as Sarge in the Disney-Pixar animated movies Cars, Cars 2 and Cars 3. Dooley was born on February 22, 1928 in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
